요즘 시국도 어수선한데,
저희회사 희망 퇴직자들께 위로의 말씀을 드립니다

이번주 월요일 부터해서 저희 회사에서 31일까지 희망퇴사자 모집하고 있어요
사유는 현재 국내 생산물량의 대량을 중국법인 공장으로 이전 시키기 때문인데요
사측으로 봐서는 뼈를 깍는 심정으로 이번 고용조정이 불가피 하지만,
현장에서 일하시던 아주머니들의 뒷모습을 보는 마음 안타까움을 금할길 없습니다.

최소 100명 이상의 희망퇴사자를 모집하고 있고, 현재 회사 분위기 초토화 입니다
길게는 15년 이상 근무하시던 어머니 같으신분들!!!
뭐라 위로의 말씀을 드려야 할지...

사측에서 퇴직위로의 댓가를 지불한다고는 하지만,
당신들의 서운한 마음에 비하자면 빙산의 일각이겠죠.
