2005년 우리나라의 소 점포 창업시장은 성숙한 모습을 보이기에는 아직 부족한 점이 많은 한해 였다. 전국을 주도할 만한 아이템이 없는 상황이 일년 동안 지속되었다.
경기 영향으로 기존 점포들도 출혈경쟁으로 자구책을 마련하기에 급급한 한해였다.
